Last day of work :D

After a month of working at The Bee,Jaya One.I can trully say i've worked in a kitchen.

I've been taught everything in a month,that would be taught to other people in a FEW months.

Thanks to the people at The Bee for making everything happen for me.

Now I've expanded(not as in weight but experience) and I cant wait to tackle something bigger.
The next plan on my journey to be a chef will be either working in a hotel kitchen,or at a food R&D lab (: Excited much :D

Things I've learnt in a kitchen.
1.Don't panic.
2.Communication is important.
3.Be careful.
4.Always say "behind" when you are behind someone.Just in case.
5.Stock check in essential for a resturants survival.
6.Sharpen your knife.Or get cut :)
7.Sometimes,customers like to give you shit.Take it and suck it up.
e.g"Burger cut into 4","Double patty","No top bun,want bottom bun only".
8.It's important to have fun :)

So anyway..I'm glad I didn't screw anything up really badly during my short internship there :)
