Working At The Bee (:

I managed to land a short internship at The Bee,located in Jaya One.The reason for it being a internship is because I have absolutely no experience in a restaurant kitchen.

So,I went in at 10am.And it was still kinda empty.So I had some time to fammiliarize myself with everything inside.It's a really small kitchen,but kinda well organized.So it wasnt so tough getting around and about.

I peeled and cut onions,chillies and pickles.Helped prepare the mise en plus, made burgers.Learned how to use a dishwasher :D I also learned to prepare plates,and also abit of how to time cooking certain foods.And lastly,I mopped and swept (:

But,it's just the first day,so I hope it's going to keep on getting better and better and maybe by the end of my term with The Bee,i'll be able to say I can work in a kitchen and I can cook (:
